4 Open Water training Dives in the year-round comfort of Bonne Terre’s crystal clear indoor lake, only 1 hour from St. Louis. Classroom & Pool instruction
Books (Texts, Logbook, Dive Tables), Rental of SCUBA equipment & Wetsuits
We certify year-round....weather is never a factor!
Open Water Training Indoor - in 100' of visibility at Bonne Terre MineUpon successful completion of Pre-Certification, your open water training will consist of 4 dives conducted in indoor, year-round comfort at West End Diving’s Bonne Terre Mine. The facility is located just one hour south of St. Louis. This training requires Friday night and Saturday or Sunday.
Certification
Includes classroom and pool instruction. Upon successful completion of open water training, students also receive the prestigious SSI Open Water Certification Card, recognized worldwide as the leader in quality standards for SCUBA training. (PADI also available)
Equipment Required
Students must supply the following equipment: Mask, Fins, Snorkel and Booties. The equipment must be fitted to you by our professionals at West End Diving. Approximate equipment cost at West End Diving is $250.00 - $300.00. SCUBA physical is required prior to Open water Dives. Forms are available upon registration.NO HIDDEN COSTS! Includes equipment rental for both pool and open water dives. Open water dives and certification at West End Diving’s Billion Gallon Lake at Bonne Terre.

Course Fee $250.00 with purchase of: Mask, Fins, Snorkel and Boots from West End Diving.

Private Course Fee $550.00 One on One Private lessons with purchase of: Mask, Fins, Snorkel and Boots from West End Diving

Open water Training - Referrals [PADI, NAUI, SSI, SDI, YMCA(Complete your openwater course indoors at Bonne Terre Mine)
Open Water Training Only - $260.00 includes rental (must be in conjunction with above schedule)
Refresher Training
Refresher Class/Pool Only... $80.00 includes use of DVD ($20 deposit) & SCUBA gear (must be certified diver)
Refresher Class/Pool/Open water... $145.00 includes use of DVD ($20 deposit), SCUBA gear and wetsuit (must be certified diver)
